About Stan Hicks

Licensed both in California and Nevada with over 38 years’ experience specializing in residential properties, luxury homes, golf course communities, and commercial properties, Stan is currently an Associate Vice President of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, and he brings these terms to life everyday while working with his clients and leading one of the top-producing real estate teams with over 1,000 closed transactions within a company of over 300 professionals.

 

His goal and mission at Hicks & Richburg have always been to help at least 2 families a week with any of their real estate needs, large or small! It is not just about buying or selling; it is truly about: "Helping People Change Their Lives"

 

Hicks & Richburg was recognized as the first “Master Certified Broker” in the Seven Hills community in 1998 as well as recording the most expensive residential sale in Las Vegas history up to that date in 2007 for a 19-million-dollar property located in MacDonald Highlands.

Honored to have earned a distinction as one of the top real estate teams in the Las Vegas real estate industry, putting an emphasis on providing unparalleled service, while applying the same efforts to each transaction for all their clients, they have an extraordinary team that is highly capable of working with a wide variety of customers be it any scale or scope. But Stan will tell you that what he does for a living is not necessarily who he is, because his true passion is Serving. Not only with Hicks & Richburg but in God’s house and in the community, combating sex trafficking, abuse and homelessness. Stan is married to his wife Equilla, both are Associate Pastors and have been at ChurchLV in Las Vegas for nearly 20 years, where their mission statement is “Leading people to encounter new life in Jesus.” Equilla is also the founder and CEO of “Lift One Up” a non-profit organization focusing on mentoring, coaching, and outreach.

 

Together they are making a difference in the world every day and have been blessed with three children and seven grandchildren.
